Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days.
Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
USA Shipping: 5–10 business days.
International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on your location and local customs processing).
Please note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, extreme weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
For orders placed outside of the United States:
Customs & Duties: You, the customer, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country’s customs office. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
